About Us
We’re a mother-daughter duo — Brittany Perez and Roni Libutti — blending creativity, heart, and handcrafted detail into every celebration we design. What started years ago at the kitchen table, making handmade cards and laughing about the idea of one day selling our crafts, has become something far greater — a shared dream come to life.
At BLVD, we offer two ways to celebrate: our full-service event décor, where we design everything from floral arrangements and balloons to large-scale backdrops, and our Paper Boutique, where we create custom invitations, signage, and stationery to complete your event with intention and style.
Roni is the creative force behind the scenes — bringing the big picture to life through florals, balloons, and large-scale fabrications — while Brittany focuses on the finer details that personalize every event, from paper design to signage and thoughtful finishing touches.
Together, we believe every celebration should feel personal, beautiful, and filled with heart — a true reflection of the people at its center.
What does BLVD stand for?
The name Blvd Events & Designs holds special meaning for our family. It represents me and my siblings—
Brittany, Louis, Veronica, and Danielle.
When it was time to choose a name for our business, it felt only natural to select something that reflected the bond we share. We would love the opportunity to work with you and share our journey as we continue creating beautiful, stationery, signage, poetry and gifts.
